Cross Green Farm Ltd

Cross Green Farm Kennels & Cattery with Heated Hydropool

Welcome to Cross Green Farm! We are a fully licensed  Kennels & Cattery, one of the largest boarding kennels and Cattery in the West Midlands. We have been trading for over 20 years, offering exceptional surroundings, facilities, love, care and attention for all  pets that stay with us.

The kennels and Cattery are open for viewing anytime during the opening hours without an appointment or prior notice. We feel it is very important for you to see where your pet will be staying for their holiday. Our advice is if you can't look at the facilities, don't book with the establishment! Come and have a look for yourself to find out about the services we offer - you can be rest assured that your pet will be looked after just as well as you would do yourself. Our service is professional but with that personal feel.

In 2015 we installed brand new kennels which benefit from the latest technology in underfloor heating that covers the entire kennel floor. Individual zones are thermostatically controlled to benefit all different breeds of dog. All of our kennels have classical music piped throughout; this creates a relaxing and calming environment for all of our guests. We maintain extremely high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, using the best available animal safe disinfectant along with strict cleaning procedures. Not forgetting our feline guests who are catered for with individual chalets hosting 2 tier accommodation overlooking vast fields and heated beds with soft fleeces.

At the beginning of 2015 we added to our facilities a brand new Special Care Unit with underfloor heating. The aim of this facility is to provide intense, individual care for our elderly and infirm guests. This has proved to be a very popular section at Cross Green Farm due to the fact that, just like us, our guests aren't getting any younger and have special needs.

We welcome pets of all breeds, shapes and sizes! We also cater for those who require medication to be administered. We ask that you complete our medical form to ensure that we have all relevant information regarding the condition and medication requirements.
