TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all pets have completed all necessary vaccinations. An up to date card must be provided for every visit. All cards must have batch numbers and signatures from the vet.
It is advised to check if you are unsure about vaccinations.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure pets are admitted and collected on the agreed contract date during opening times Mon - Fri 11am - 5pm. Sat 11am - 4pm. Sun 11am - 2pm. These times are strict and no admissions will be accepted outside these times.
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR:
We operate limited opening times during Christmas & New Year: Notification of these times are given with each booking made for this period.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that pets are collected on the agreed date and during the opening times. There is a surcharge for pets not collected on the agreed date. It is advisable to ensure that there is someone available to collect your pet during the opening times as unexpected delays can arise.
It is the responsibility of the customer to book the correct dates as deposits are non-refundable and will not be transferred from the dates entered on the booking form.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any cancellations sent to Cross Green Farm are received in our office no later than 48 hours prior to boarding.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make us aware of the behaviour of your pet. If your pet is nervous or aggressive we will need to know prior to boarding to enable us to work with your pet. It is advised that if you are unsure how your pet will react you should make arrangements for us to meet your pet prior to boarding. We are able to do this many times if necessary. It is very important to consider this free of charge service, as in the event of any pet showing aggression to a member of staff we reserve the right to refuse admission.
We exercise all dogs that are boarding with us. If you do not wish for your dog to be exercised or walked you must inform us in writing.
These are not included in our prices. If we feel that your pet needs to be taken to the vet for any reasons beyond our control, the cost will be met by the customer.
Contact numbers must be supplied for each pet in our care. If we are unable to contact your representative we reserve the right to follow the advice of a veterinary surgeon.
Please note that all days booked will be charged for.
